Occasions Policies

WEDDINGS:  Deposit $500.00
All other functions: Deposit $250
THIS DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE

*The purchaser agrees to pay bill 30 days prior to event 1/2 of estimated bill is due

* 7 days prior to event final count and balance of bill is due. Count may increase after 7 days, but will not decrease

ROOM CHARGE:
The room charge is based upon the amount of money spent on food!

***DAMAGE DEPOSIT:***
A damage deposit of $250.00 is required 7 days prior to your function.

CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE
A certificate of liability insurance must be on file with Occasions 7 days prior to your function. 
This can be obtained through your homeowners insurance company.

NO OUTSIDE LIQUOR IS TO BE BROUGHT ONTO OCCASIONS PROPERTY!!!
TIME LIMITS:
WEDDINGS: 6 HOURS
ALL OTHER FUNCTIONS: 5 HOURS
EVENT TIME STARTS FROM THE CONTRACTED TIME.
ADDITIONAL TIME IS $100.00 PER HOUR PLUS ANY OTHER COST OCCASIONS MIGHT INCUR.

WEDDING CAKES:
MUST BE MADE BY AND SET UP BY A CERTIFIED BAKER:
(OCCASIONS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CAKES BROUGHT INTO OCCASIONS.
YOU MAY BRING IN MINTS, NUTS AND PUNCH.

*We can customize any menu to fit your needs

*No food or beverages may be brought into Occasions without prior consent from management.

*No food or beverages will be permitted to leave the premises without prior consent from management

*In house equipment is available on first come first serve basis

*Tax Exempt numbers must be on file.  We need an original copy.

* We accept credit cards, check and cash. (Discounts given for cash payments)

*Service fee on all Cakes.

Occasions reserves the right to end a function at any time, if the rules are not followed!
